4.1 Local Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. We use SQLite database and local file storage to ensure your information remains on your device and is not transmitted to external servers unless you explicitly choose to export your data.

4.2 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Local encryption for sensitive data (PIN/passwords)
• Secure file system access controls
• No cloud synchronization (unless you manually export)
• App Lock feature for additional security

4.3 Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. You can export your data at any time, and you can delete all data using the "Reset All Data" option in Settings.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 AdMob (Google)

The free version of our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain information as described in Google's Privacy Policy. We do not control AdMob's data collection practices. You can review Google's Privacy Policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Premium users do not see advertisements, and AdMob does not collect data from premium users.

5.2 Calendar Integration

When you export tasks to Google Calendar or other calendar services, you are subject to those services' privacy policies. We only open calendar URLs or provide ICS files; we do not access your calendar data.

5.3 Speech Recognition

Voice input features use your device's built-in speech recognition (Web Speech API). Audio is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

6. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Microphone: Required for voice input and voice memo recording (optional, premium feature)
• Storage: Required to save exported files, PDF reports, and voice memos
• Notifications: Required to send task reminders (optional)

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Export: Export all your data as JSON file
• Delete: Delete individual items or all data using "Reset All Data"
• Modify: Edit or update your tasks, habits, and settings at any time
• Opt-out: Disable notifications, microphone access, or other features in Settings

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid legal requests
• Service Providers: With trusted service providers who assist in app operations (e.g., AdMob for ads in free version)
• Your Consent: When you explicitly choose to export or share your data

If you are using the App from outside the country where our servers are located, your data will be stored locally on your device. No data is transferred across international borders unless you explicitly export it.
